Medium PLA w/ no support notes: Print temperatures: 180C nozzle / 50C bed * PLA's melting point tends to vary quite a bit with the dye used to color it. If layer adhesion is poor, try raising the nozzle temp by 5 degrees, if the PLA starts warping or sagging, drop the temperature by 5C. This is a nice middle of the road configuration for when you wany to print parts out of PLA that look nice but don't take forever to finish. It's important to note that tends to curl and dreform badly on shart corners and overhangs unless you use a fan directed at the extrudion. Fans are available at lulzbot.com, or you can print your own fan duct; source stl and g-code available here (TAZ fan mount 3 ss is the latest): lulzbot.com/TAZ/Guava/production_parts/test_parts/fan_duct/ Here's a nice writeup on the use of fans: http://forum.lulzbot.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=384
