Case fan is not turned on in the middle of the print. It appears to be OK in the .ini and .gcode.

Version -2 is with the electronics fan turned on full. Still doesn't work. Electronics case fan turns off mid-print.

Version -3 turns on the electronics fan every layer.... as a cheap hack...
